Intermittent Outages - Louisiana

I have been a Cox customer for a long time and have had very few issues, for the most part. Lately, however, I have been experiencing frequent intermittent outages with my service. I replaced my router, just to rule that out, but the issue continued. It is possible it could be a modem issue but if it is not, then its obviously something with the wiring/service. My service cable comes from the ground and goes through a coax ground in my power conditioner and straight into the modem. I did notice over the weekend that at some point my modem was showing that it was not connected to DOCSIS 3.0 but a day later it was back to normal. Anyways, I would appreciate any insight into this issue. Thanks!
