I need to report a wire on the ground.

We have a wire pulled loose from the house. I think it may be the internet wire. It is on the ground.

    You've reported a wire on the ground to a user forum.  There'e nothing anyone here can do for you other than tell you to contact Cox.  Call them or email cox.help@cox.com for help.

    I can relate to how you feel especially after a hurricane blows through. I have a technician coming out for you tomorrow. The technician can show up anywhere between 8 AM-7 PM.
