how to stop discussion group emails from being classed as spam

email from the bitx20@groups.io discussion group keeps getting marked as spam by Cox. I have sent four emails to ThisIsNotSpam@cox.net about this but haven't heard anything in reply.  How do I get ...

Please be sure that mail sent to ThisIsNotSpam@cox.net is sent as an attachment. Due to the high volume of email received, a personal response is not provided for each report. Do not interpret a lack of response as a lack of action. It may take some time for us and our vendors to ensure this type of email is not flagged in the future.
