Currently logged on to https://www.cox.com/internet/mywifi.cox. As of this writing there are three tabs visible: Internet Info, Network Settings and Device List.
Under the Internet Info tab both 2.4 and 5Ghz Guest networks indicate that it is turned off.
Under the Network Settings tab there are also two slider settings to turn Guest Network on or off. Clicking on the Advanced Settings link affords more options such as Setting Band Channel as well as other Wireless Security choices. It also offers the on/off sliders for Guest Network.
My apologies for stating initially that I was up to now unable to alter Guest Network Settings. What I'd really like to know is where or how to learn more about what's recommended before activating either or both Guest Networks. Surely there's more to it than the toggling of a slider switch.
