Hello WiderMouthOpen, It is true that like with many organizations, changes may not be announced to employees or customers until closer to the release date or change date. This may be to prevent internal messaging and strategies from reaching competitors. I don't tend to listen to rumors until there is more substantial evidence of such or an official announcement has been made. I have not heard that Cox email is going away. If it were to happen such as with other changes we have made in the past, we would let our customers know with plenty of time to make arrangements.
