Hi NigelB. You technically need only 1 upstream channel. The modem you have isn't compatible anymore with the service level you have, which may cause an issue as well. Check out www.cox.com/.../cox-certified-cable-modems.html. Thanks, Lisa - Cox Support Forums Moderator.

It seems like the service level is as old as the modem but still provides an in-spec signal. How is it not compatible? If the only complaint is a questionable screenshot, there doesn't seem to be an issue.
If it ain't broke...upgrade?
