How can an issue be escalated within Cox? My plan was messed up, my paid for services were discontinued and in order to put the services back, I am required to pay almost $40 more. I did not make the change and I have to pay for the mistake each of the 13

How can an issue be escalated within Cox? My plan was messed up, my paid for services were discontinued and in order to put the services back, I am required to pay almost $40 more. My bill did not decrease, I lost my channels/packs I am paying for and no one can fix this issue.  I did not make the change and I have to pay for the mistake each of the 13 agents I spoke to can clearly see. But no one can fix this

    What you could do is send an email to cox.help@cox.com with the following:
     - Full Name
     - Complete Address
