hi how do i turn off the latest cox customer invasive behavior feature?

so I went to go change  wifi settings and got this presumably to centralize control further in the most backwards way possible. This is completely unacceptable, even for y'all whom I gave ...

A-ha!  Cox is messing with Channel Bandwidth!  This is why a lot of Internet-of-Things and older devices can't connect to Panoramic.  The NIC in a lot of these Things and antiques can't negotiate Channel Bandwidth on 2.4 GHz.  Nor should they because it's useless.
