@buddy hall There is an added layer of security when accessing email outside of the U.S. Try what WiderMouthOpen mentioned and if still unable to send mail, we will likely need to put in a ticket to white list your email address. If this is the case and you happen to have an alternate email address,you may email our team at cox.help@cox.com and we can put in a ticket for you. - Brian
