StephanieSand JulianN , I wonder do/did you have a cox.net email address? If so, then please to "pop" to it from another email account you have. Preferably, you could create a gmail.com account and attempt to pop from your gmail to your cox.net (hosted at yahoo.com). If you are successful please report back you did it.
