There is no change. This drop in bandwidth has been an on-going problem ever since I moved here. It never stays at the level I am paying for.

Additionally, I have included an article which provides more information on achieving Gigablast speeds.

We hope you find this information useful. I am not detecting any signal issues at this time. Does the drop in speeds happen at certain times of the day? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator- Annie_Flinn7 years agoNew Contributor
Hello Kevin,
As you requested, I just ran four speed tests from my hard wired/ethernet desktop computer, using different servers. The tests were performed on January 30 at about 11:55-11:59 a.m.
My results were:
Orange County

San Diego
Download: 393.7
Upload: 37
Las Vegas
Download: 404.8
Upload: 37.1
Phoenix
Download: 403.9
Upload: 37.2
As you can see, the results are pretty consistent, as they have been since November.
I have followed the advice given in all of the troubleshooting articles, and nothing changes.
Should I switch to Google Fiber "gigablast" for better and more consistent Internet?
That might be my best option.
