GigaBlast a Gigabust

Terrible speeds. Not anywhere near Giga anything. I'm getting around 50Mbps speeds via WIFI. Had technician come out and try to tell me it was my equipment. Equipment is new and rated top equipment by CNET and my techie friend that was trying to help at first. So I told the technician that I would spend the extra money for COX equipment if I could get 1/2 of Gigablast speeds... NOPE.. that didn't work either so I'm left with poor speeds at Gigablast prices! Feel taken advantage of in a big, big way. When I called Cox, bounced around many times... just don't have the time or patience to deal with it. Any thoughts?
