JRIC, When was the last time you attempted to activate? We've been doing maintenance on cox.com at different times of the day over the last few days, which could have affected your ability to activate the Cox Security Suite. I'm not showing any new site maintenance happening right now so please try again. If you haven't already, please try a different browser to rule out any browser compatibility issues. I just tried again using CHROME and BING. Received same error. I'll email cox.help with requested information.
