Thank you for the response, but did you mark your post as the solution? Shouldn't the OP only have that power? I don't really care in this case, but it seems to be a pattern. Could you explain? I am removing the mark.
Thank you for the suggestions. Although I cannot promise these changes will be implemented, I can promise you that they are viewed and considered.

I was talking to LatitiaS. It seems she marked her own comment as the solution. I would like to know why they did that and why the system is even allowed for anyone other then the OP to mark a post as a solution. Can you ask them to comment here?

Forum moderators will mark solutions on occasion to increase visibility. I hope this helps explain.

What do you mean "increase visibility"? Do you mean like to me so I see their reply? You should only use the "mark as solution" if your OP and the comment lead to a actual solution. Anything else is misleading. Is this a policy? If so, what does the policy say exactly and how can be it changed?
Also, no offense, but is there like a A team and B team of moderators? Some, like Becky, actually talk like humans and try to troubleshoot issues. Others just copy/paste the same post, asking people to email you, even if the problem isn't customer or account specific. It makes the moderators who are actually working hard to help look bad. Is this a lack of training? Or are some moderators outsourced?
