It's too bad Cox's only footprint on social media is through sites which are basically now only propaganda platforms. why isn't Cox on Reddit or Blue sky?

I'm sorry but no user or customer here can help. Cox is charging you. only they can help you. try escalating the issue either legally or by asking for a supervisor.
