Extra 100$ in bill

New customer here. Signed up for autopay and was charged an extra 100$ in my most recent bill. Called and apparently there was a charge I was not told about for a technician to come out and hook up my service. Will be monitoring my autopayment closly from now on if not cancelling autopayment. I even tipped the technician handsomly because I thought it was a complimentary service. Definitely feeling duped. My account was not anticipated this extra charge.

    The  technician did not initiate the charge. A Professional install is a 100$ charge. You can call cox support, request escalation, and have your call pulled, and see if they provided you the information, as they are supposed to outline the charges you will have to pay.
