Error in Webmail

For over a week now, when I open my webmail, all of the folders are gone.  It is completely empty.  The following message appears: "Unable to connect to mail server. Possible reasons: The mail server is (temporarily) down or there are network connection problems. Please try again in a few minutes"..

If I try to send a message or do anything else, I get the following message: "The connection to remote server 127.0.0.2 was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later."

I have no way to access my email.  I have looked at some of the prior posts but have not found a way to fix this?

    I am having the same problem when I try to send, but it just started this morning.  Yesterday it was fine. That "connection to remote server" message happens when Cox is working on their servers.  There is nothing you can do to fix it.
