First, do you have a panoramic gateway? Second, what did the technician say the issue was when they were out there? You should only be charged for a issue with the wiring past where it connects to your electrical ground. Basically anything inside is yous so they charge to "repair it". However if you still have the issue, the problem wasn't fixed and you should contact the billing department for them to credit that charge. Last, how does the coax get from the pole/street to the room the modem/gateway is in? Any splitters/amp/filters? Are you internet only?
