Your ticket is still open and we don't have an estimate for resolution, but I'm curious to know if you have set and kept a never before used password for each account you are seeing change to the inactive status. Please also let me know the most recent time you've see the status of the account(s) change and if the last time it happened was before or after resetting your password to a brand new one.
