Email Verification in Profile

My account profile says my account is missing a verified email address.  I have been sending email verifications since April 20204 and it still says the same thing. I have 2fa on is this a security problem?

    My account has had that same message since Webmail transferred to Yahoo Mail.  I checked "Contact preferences" and confirmed it still has the same correct email address it's always had.  I notified Cox, but they didn't bother to remove the message.  So. if it's a problem, it's their problem.

        I did that four times on 7/1/2024.  I just forwarded to you the last email I sent along with my name, service address and a link to this discussion requesting the nag message be removed from My Profile.  More than anything else, I guess I'm curious to see what will happen.
