Is Cox email supposed to be just an intermittent thing these days?  I'm actually looking for a product that consistently works - any hour of the day or night.  If it's only intermittent, then I'd prefer my monthly bill be intermittent as well.  Ham radio is a more reliable and consistent method of communication than what I've been experiencing for the past year - 2017-2018.  Sometimes, it works just fine, other times it's a whole series of Hmmm... we can't reach this page.  Please make it work in line with what I'm being charged.
