Eglin area outages

I have been noticing a high frequency of network outages in my area since Friday 9 Nov 2018.  It has been nearly every night.  When these outages occur, my download speed gets cut in half and my upload speed is at a crawl with only a 0.1 to 0.5 mbs speed.

I would like to know when these outages will stop.  Is there some kind of maintenance that is going on?  Every time I chat with a rep they want to reset my modem which of course does not fix the issue.  When an outage is known about, troubleshooting is pretty much over.  If this is going to be a long term problem I would like to know so I can plan accordingly.

    It looks like we are looking into some intermittent ingress issues in your area currently, which is causing slow speeds. Our field team is actively working to find out where this is coming from.
