Early termination fee
Is Cox really taking a stance to charge an early termination fee if you need to down grade in order to save money during this unprecedented time in our lives?

Hi Hmarton5962, we're providing flexible payment arrangements and waiving late payment fees for customers impacted by COVID-19. Concerns about early termination fees will have to be discussed with our Billing department. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
Would’ve been nice if that had been mentioned to me when I called this morning about the $28 increase on my bill. I guess you can’t Offer that help...we have to beg for it. Typical Cox.
