Email going to your "Spam" folder was flagged by an online security company before it ever reached your email provider, whoever that may be. They aren't affiliated with Cox because their webmail service was converted to Yahoo two years ago.
Cox still hasn't removed buttons for "Webmail" from their webpages. They just generate an error message. Is Cox just lazy, cheap or using them as place holders for another possible future email service? My guess is they're just too cheap to pay to have them removed properly. If they tried to remove obsolete buttons, they'd probably break the webpages and then take months to fix them.
