Dozens of outages within past few weeks. NW OKC

I’ve not had a reliable connection to the internet in weeks now.  Dozens and dozens of text outage alerts, updates, and fix notifications, but internet always ends up going down again a few minutes to hours later.   

I don’t know what to do.  I need internet for work, and all the other things we pay to have internet for, but I’m not getting the service I pay for.   

ATT doesn’t have fiber in my area, so that’s no use.  Anyone tried Tmobile 5G for home internet?
