Downed Cox Line
I have called cox over 5 times trying to get this resolved and have chat in numerous time as well. I am not currently a cox customer. That said, a recent ice storm took down a cox line in my backyard and I cannot get anyone to remove it. You have no dedicated number or reporting channel for downed lines, which is absurd. People shouldn't have to make forum posts or reach out via obscure email addresses. Moreover, when a tech comes out they should speak to the customer, not just leave without a word.
Glad I left cox, however I still need you guys to pick your line up out of my yard.
