DoS Attacks and internet interruptions, is my computer being hacked?

Just looked at logs in modem and shows dos attacks, noticed internet being choppy around the same time. Is there any way to fix this or is it really the modem? is my computer being trolled thru durin...

Looks like my cable modem/router was the culprit for some reason. Switched to a cable modem and currently using nodes for wireless and everything seems to be ok now just getting sync issues and timing out. Looked at modem info and shows upstream power level seems low. Any suggestions?
