Daily reset - Every day same time

Hi there

I am not here to talk about the attempts you Cox guys did to sold me  a differen and expensive Plan or others kind of services. Anyone can have Is own idea  about that, I have mine and I  not Happy. Anyway ...

I am calling every morning to have this issue fixed. Around 7:30 am my internet modem needs to be reset because basically there Is no internet. The modem Is not showing any issue, everything Is green but no internet. If you do not reset the modem, After a while the internet connection Will be fine but this issue, that "seems" to me your issue, needs to be fixed.

Any help others that ask for Money?

      Everithing Is fine, no changed. All the modem Leds are green, all the router Leds are green.

      Reset the router did not fix the issue, the reset of the modem worked.

      How to understand if It Is the modem or Cox?
