customer support

so I had my internet drop out check app no outages look at billing nothing back owed look for phone number to speak to a real person nothing, all app tech support is ai bot Googled the number called took 2 minutes to get someone real then he HANGS UP ON ME!!!!  This is unacceptable so called back and then can't get anyone system tells me there's an outage and and no option to speak to anyone real wow absolutely garbage
