CoxWiFi hotspot

Hello! This is my first time trying to connect to a CoxWiFi, but when I try to connect, its says No Internet! What's the pronlem? Area code is 44116

you need to be connected to the internet before wi-fi will work!!

    Hmm?  You sure about that?  I think it's the other way around.  WiFi...in a sense...is synonymous to a cable and you need to be connected to a cable before connecting to the Internet.
