Cox website won't show DETAILS of my bill. They'd let me PAY it but won't let me SEE it.

Cox website won't show DETAILS of my bill. Shows total owed and would let me pay online, but when click on VIEW DETAILS/PDF I get message "unable to process ... try again later ..." I spent two hours on phone and with live-chat person who did not help. One suggested I restart my modem! Seriously. Gotta love how Cox makes sure you can PAY your bill but won't let you SEE it!

    I just tested the website and I was able to access the PDF for my bill.  That doesn't necessarily eliminate the possibility that a Cox issue is affecting access to your account information.  But, I think Mouth identified the most likely problem and the means to verify it.
