Cox website won't display my bill

Has anyone had this problem? When I log into the Cox website and navigate to Billing, I can't display my bill for April. I get the message "We're unable to display your PDF statement at this time. Please try again or chat with us for quick support."

Same thing for my March bill.

But February displays JUST FINE. And other earlier months as well.

It's not a connection problem: the rest of the site seems to work. It's not that I don't know were to find the page, because I can display older bills. But the current month and the one before give me errors when I try to select them. Has anyone else had this problem?
