Cox Panoramic Wifi Modem and OrbitHyve Wifi sprinkler controller and Sensi Wifi thermostat controller

I recently rented a Cox Panoramic Wifi modem and three Pods. They all work just great throughout the entire house. That is the good news.

Prior to getting Panoramic modem, I used a Cox Arris Model TM3402A connected to a Belkin N750 router. I was able to connect both my OrbitHyve Wifi sprinkler system and my Sensi Wifi Thermostat controller to my router and control them from my Android smartphone.

Now, I cannot connect to either the sprinkler nor the thermostat.

Has anyone else encountered a similar problem and if so how did you overcome it. Neither device was cheap and I do not care to lose the convenience of being able to program both from my phone at my leisure.

I have spoken to the Support people at both device vendors. No help there.

Thanks in advance.
