techsupport tells me they do not have access that I must subscribe to Cox Complete Care to resolve an issue/service I am already paying for..

Fixed! If you want something fixed apparently post here because text and calling gets you a tier 1 support that is not helpful! FB Message back and forth with Cox fixed and updated!
