Cox Lies, Cheats, and Steals

I've had talks internet for 3 months and they've already screwed me over three different times costing me quite a bit of money 

The first guy dealt with neglected to set me up after I was very specific of what I needed for data.  After the ball was badly dropped The new person didn't get the story about how much data I needed and I didn't get signed up with enough data and when I found out what was going on I missed the promotion I was supposed to get and now I can't get the promotion and I'm paying $30 a month more for 2 years because of it 

I had a new credit card number so I called Cox to give them the number which they had they build my old number it was rejected and now they've taken another $30 for me for that as well 

With the ball being dropped on my initial sign up not getting the promotion being overshared for a billing error that was not my fault I've been screwed over three times now.  Like Xfinity cocks has a license to steal in their exercising it very nicely if I have any company that I can switch to that enables me to stream television meaning fiber optic I will switch in a second I absolutely despise Cox
