Cox IMAP emails deleted after 2 weeks

Good Morning --I have Cox IMAP email, and I'm using Outlook on my PC.  All emails over 2 weeks old are disappearing from my inbox.  

I'd like to have emails stay in my inbox until I delete or move them to another folder.  Is there a setting I need to change to make this work?  Or do I need to go to POP to make this work?

    If the email is still on the server, as Mouth inquired?  It may be a setting within Outlook.  How long have you been using Outlook?  Is this discrepancy new?  Did you recently upgrade or update Outlook?  The 2 weeks seems to be a setting.
