Cox hotspot connected no internet.

There was a power outage at my apartment last week and I utilize the hotspot here. Ever since I’ve tried to connect it says connected no internet. It won’t even launch the login page.i rely on this internet for work. If it helps I’m located at 533 Bellwood rd Newport News Virginia
