Cox has reached a new low...

Unfortunately for us, Cox is the only option we have in this area of Virginia.  Their internet and webmail was bad before but in the last couple months and worse the last 2-3 weeks, they have sunk to a new low.  Email doesn't update, I have to constantly "Restore" the internet pages, CONSTANTLY!  Their customer "service" is nonexistant.  How does a company, like this, stay in business?  As soon as we have any lother option for internet, we're gone!
