Did you get a receipt? What equipment? Panoramic gateway? You are posting in the internet forum but then you say it's "extra" equipment. I can't think of any extra hardware relating to Cox internet. There are the pods but you buy those instead of leasing. Were you canceling service or just switching to your own retail modem and router? Either way you will have to work with Cox and none of us customers here will be able to help. Try contacting Cox via the welcome thread.
