How do I get Cox to stop rejecting emails from American Express? I do not have any rules or filters set-up.

i'm pretty sure it's a bogus email.
No, these are the legitimate emails from AMEX, regarding Statement Posted, Payment Due, Scheduling a Payment, Payment Processed, etc.
