This not a password issue!  This is a Cox Server issue.  Apple will never change their products, UNLESS Cox works with them. Will that ever happen?

Hi Major Steve, please ensure you are using TSL Security Encryption 1.0 or higher. Cox no longer supports sending email through email clients using SSL security encryption version 3.0 or older. -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
