Cox constantly down going on 3+ weeks-techs no show

I understand and read the constant fustration with this company, Ive been a subscriber for 20 yrs, on and off.....same address.  What official remedy, if any, has one found to actually get them to credit your bill for crap ongoing service,..and , ive givin up on getting any issues resolved. Starlink is looking like it will be replaceing my current service. It would seem they just dont care? thanks
