COX connection issues to AWS and video calls

I have been using cox for the past few months and I'm struggling connecting to AWS services/instances unless I use a VPN and also none of the video calls applications are working . it is a terrible experience .

Please keep in mind that we don't support VPNs, but we will definitely investigate the signal you are receiving.

      The most widely accepted acronym for AWS is Amazon Web Services.  Highlight AWS and right click.  You should see an Internet search for "AWS" in the menu.
