did you ever get your problem resolved? i’ve been having the exact same issue for 2 months now, except my service drops randomly, sometimes for a couple of hours, a day, or every few days....only answer i get from cox is that it must be the router except that i’ve tested the router at different location and they both work perfectly....i mentioned to cox that ethernet port have light next to it that blinks green when working and orange when not, tech didn’t even know there were lights back there...
