Cox Billing page

Its later than normal telling me my next payment is due.  Usually by the 22nd, it should should my August payment.  It's still stuck on July 06  0 balance.  Is there an issue with the website?  I had to manuall input what I think is due and it accepted it as a payment.

    There seems to be an issue, things are being update really slowly.  I was transferred on the 3rd and my bill just post with a late fee automatically on there.  I was told over the phone to wait for the new bill and found that I was lied to.  My bill was posted 20 days late.
