Constant Lag

Ever since I was "upgraded" a few weeks ago I have experience non-stop lag and choppiness with gaming and work calls. It seems any two way service is just awful. When I am on google hangouts or zoom people's video feed and mics keep cutting in and out. All testing has been done and 3 techs have come out. I finally heard from a rep on the phone today that new nodes were set up in my area and the old nodes have been replaced and this was the reason for the upgrade. Clearly you have not stabilized these new nodes or have not initialized enough for the area... I bought brand new modem/router and upgraded my plan twice to the ultimate plan gigablast and this issue is still not resolved. How long before you stabilize the nodes in my area?
