Connection
I have been losing my connection at least 3 times a day and sometimes it lasts over an hour and I already reported it because last month it was terrible, I lost service every day for the month and I still have been having problems!

Subscribers have always reported intermittent connections; however, there seems to be recent trend...and this is just on the Forum. i wonder if these recent reports have something in common, such as subscribers in the same geographical area. Cox would hate for us to dig up this nugget.
