Connection dropping

There was an outage in my area yesterday.
Cox supposedly fixed it.
I had to reset my modem multiple times last night in order to get DHCP and actually have a connection but since the fix on outage,
connection drops then re-connects intermittently. I could tell because I would get kicked out of game session or VOIP meeting call.
I reached out to Cox tech support. Guy tells me to upgrade my modem since it's almost 3 years old.
So here I am.

I was also told to contact my modem manufacturer about it and tried to get me upgrade my internet plan. Yeah....

Looking at modem logs, there are constant T3 timeouts and there was an error 'Unicast DSID PSN startup error' after Cox tech support reset my modem today.

Does this look like my modem is having issue?

My modem is Arris SURFboard SB6183

I genuinely don't know.
