The chat assist people are of ZERO help! They use incorrect standardized templates to answer questions and then their responses make absolutely NO sense! Upon their erroneous responses,they will automatically disconnect the chat! PLUS, then they have the nerve to say they, “they resolved the issue!”😳, which they definitely did NOT! They won’t even transfer you to a team in the United States despite REPEATED requests to do so! They clearly had zero / very poor training and have no understanding of how to properly help! It is beyond frustrating for the customer trying to get some assistance! The representative NI**bleep**A was a classic example of ALL OF THIS! He or she needs extensive re-training or else needs to eliminated -lose their job immediately! THIS CHAT ASSISTANCE NEEDS TO BE FIXED ASAP!!
