Can't watch contour streaming on my Mac

Having trouble streaming TV on my Mac.. getting this error

Followed the instructions to clear the cache under Preferences in Safari - clear all website data.. but still not working :(

    Watch TV Contour on Mac computer,

    Would you try to using Google Chrome to access the Contour app. Let us know if that works to let you stream TV.
